We are hiring for our client a prestigious and rapidly expanding corporate law firm seeking a highly skilled Tax Lawyer to join their Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified Tax Lawyers with 5 years of PQE to join a dynamic firm renowned for its tax expertise and exceptional international client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing advisory and transactional services across a wide range of sectors and industries including corporate reorganisations mergers and acquisitions and real estate tax.

The Role:
Advise on international tax and cross-border planning including corporate reorganisations mergers acquisitions and IPOs.
Handle tax controversy and transfer pricing matters including private equity transactions and structured finance.
Manage real estate tax and asset/project finance particularly in international/domestic aircraft and equipment finance.
Be actively involved in client-facing work across various sectors including corporate law finance and real estate.
The Person:
5 years PQE within a corporate law firm with a focus on tax law.
A qualified lawyer with a professional tax/accounting qualification.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
