Who Were Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated junior lawyer who is eager to contribute to our property and private client team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law with a particular interest in agribusiness transactions rural property trusts and estate planning. You will be keen to learn and be involved in the business have good judgment and work to a high standard as part of a very well-regarded legal team


What this role will entail

  • Working closely with a Partner based in our Hamilton on Property and private client areas of law ranging from conveyancing to property sales and acquisitions subdivision and development.
  • Preparing legal documents and participating in private client work and engagement.
  • Maintaining relationships both externally and internally including with clients government agencies banks agencies other lawyers and fellow staff members
  • Work towards key performance and budgets around billable hours.
