Job Title:Customer Service Rep Location: Santiago - On Site Salary:DOP$40000 Incentives up to 6k per performance GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The customer service representative is responsible for handling Sales/Consumer requests and processing these into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone fax and email. They are the customers front-line communication and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department. Responsibilities:
- Processing Consumer/Sales requests via email and call center
- Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns
- Training and Education- Product/Entry
- General Housekeeping/Filing
- Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes
Job Requirements:
Required:
- High School diploma
- Strong work ethicexcellent typing skills professional phone etiquette strong effective
- interpersonalcommunications listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal.
- Listening skills and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication is key
- Advance English Level
- Dominican ID
- Live in Santiago
