Job Description

Company: Rapidly growing options player in the US a dominant force in Asia and a major presence in Europe. The team includes top talent with many ex-Optiver ex-IMC and ex-Citadel traders and quants.

Overview: Exciting opportunity to build a Commodity Options Desk within a highly successful Equity Options business at a leading international firm. Benefit from the industrys best payout structure for Options Traders.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a Commodity Options Desk from the ground up.
Collaborate with the Equity Options business to utilize existing systems and processes for the Commodity Options business.
Drive the desk to generate $10-$30M in PnL/year
Recruit and develop a team of traders to scale the desks operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building a commodity options desk generating $10M in PnL.
Recent track record of consistent success in the field.
