Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the financial operations of the commodity trading company.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the companys growth and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize the companys financial resources including cash flow working capital and investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors tax advisors and financial institutions.
  • Lead the finance team providing guidance coaching and support for their professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial and operational performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience in the commodity trading industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
