Job Description

We are actively seeking a results-oriented and dynamic professional to assume the role of Sales Director in a leading Fintech company in the Philippines.


This role offers a unique opportunity for a proactive individual whos focused on closing deals with new clients to make a substantial impact in this fast paced results oriented and rapidly growing company.



Responsibilities:


  • Leveraging your current network and our extensive marketing outreach activities to work your way through networks within and between target companies to find and engage with the right people to sell to.
  • Leading a full strategic sales cycle from qualifying leads all the way through the sales process to closing deals and securing referral business.
  • Managing the process of discovery with our product experts preparing quotes and proposals in cooperation with business development leaders and consultant product and technical teams (always focusing on the win-win scenario)
  • providing first-class sales leadership networking consulting and support
  • creating sales opportunities (including upsell) & active customer acquisition by using a variety of sales channels including own sources: networking inbound & outbound leads referrals.


Must have:


  • have 10 years of experience in selling technology solutions preferably in the fintech industry to:
    • Government / NGOs such as the church (head office regional offices and individual churches) sporting associations sports clubs charities trade unions (head offices and branches) etc.
  • have proven track record of selling at a high level; maintaining and actively growing strong professional networks within companies and industries and overachieving targets
  • be able to demonstrate professional networks of business contacts in specific areas and your methodologies for growing and maintaining those networks
  • present thorough understanding of how software products are integrated and implemented into clients processes and workflows for maximum impact and value for clients.
  • previous experience in fintech would be a huge advantage
  • are interested in new technologies & up-to-date with current market changes
  • can speak fluent English (C1 level)
  • have demonstrated experience in identifying initiating and developing relationships with key senior decision makers in new potential clients.
  • have experience in selling and upselling to the current clients with strong relationship development and maintenance skills.
  • honesty and ethical behavior are your key driving factors & you present highly collaborative approach and proactivity
  • are willing to share knowledge introduce changes and actively contribute to the sales team success
  • have a strong ability to focus prioritize and manage time effectively
  • have a strong ability to maintain meticulous records and data within our CRM system.
  • are able to work effectively with marketing resources to research leads develop content for outreach campaigns monitor and act quickly on expressed interest from MQLs.
  • you are articulate and passionate; this comes through in your excellent verbal and written communication skills



Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Financial Technology
  • Knowledge of CRM and other sales organizational tools.
