Join our high-performing team as a Property Support Officer and play a vital role in supporting asset management activities across our property portfolio. Youll provide specialist administrative support to ensure property leases tenancy matters and financial processes are handled efficiently and cost-effectively.
With a keen eye for detail youll manage documentation maintain accurate databases assist with invoicing and tenant enquiries and contribute to reporting through high-quality data. Were looking for someone who can not only keep things running smoothly but also identify opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements.

Great at juggling multiple admin tasks with ease.
Friendly customer service that makes everyone feel appreciated.
Clear and confident communicator both written and spoken.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other common programs.
Confident with numbers and basic financial data and processes.
Love getting the details right accuracy matters to us too.
While not essential familiarity with the university environment would be a clear advantage in helping someone get up to speed quickly in this role.

The Property & Campus Development Division is responsible for the Universitys built environment and property operations. The key goal for the division is to deliver value to the University and community through the unique character and purpose of our physical places.

This is a permanent full-time (37.5 hours) position located in tepoti Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $69931 to $74609. Top of Range is $80285 per annum.
We offer competitive salary 5 weeks annual leave a 6.75% superannuation scheme and encourage work/life balance.
