Our Group consists of the B2C platform (KP-Family) in Aschheim and the B2B business EURET as well as the now 100-year-old product brand Hauck located in total the group consists of 300 employees who are looking forward to welcoming you to our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Finance Specialist to join our Finance Department in Hong Kong. This role is designed for an all-rounder with a proactive mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and is able to cover a broad range of finance-related tasks independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach to help us optimize our processes and drive operational excellence

Quality & Compliance
Your Tasks
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger postings
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and Group standards
Oversee payment runs expense reimbursements and bank reconciliations
Support cash flow management
Assist in controlling forecasting and budgeting related topics
Assist in tax filings audits and compliance matters
Identify inefficiencies in existing finance processes and drive process improvements and automation
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects
Your Profile
Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role ideally in an international company
Qualified CPA or equivalent is an advantage
Hands-on mentality with a structured independent and solution-oriented approach
Experience in optimizing and automating finance processes
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work across different departments
Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
