Front Office Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Hilton Vienna Waterfront Full-Time
Our national and international guests from all over the world come to Vienna to experience our city our culture and our hotel.
With you on the team all departments run smoothly and our guests check in effortlessly. You recommend the hippest and most beautiful spots in Vienna and serve as the first point of contact for any questions.
You are responsible for the coordination between our Guest Service Center Executive Lounge Front Desk and Front of House! As our Front Office Manager (m/f/d) you know the hotel like the back of your hand and when it comes to recommending a dinner at our in-house restaurant you know the menu inside and out.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and organize your team as a true team leader
Act as the interface between your department and all others within the hotel
Create shift schedules and vacation planning
Oversee operations and maintain service excellence across the entire Front of House area
Ensure daily operations are run smoothly and in accordance with brand standards
Monitor SALT scores and implement strategies and training to improve guest satisfaction
Coach your team on hospitality customer service and proactive guest engagement
Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan to maximize each team members potential
Ensure all new hires receive a full Job Skills Training (JSP)
Host monthly communication meetings and 1-on-1 conversations focused on service quality
Uphold and implement hotel sales strategies
Actively promote upselling and cross-selling at the front desk
Ensure all walk-outs are handled professionally and diplomatically by yourself or the Assistant Front Office Manager
Ensure correct and standard-compliant usage of ONQ system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles
Your Compensation
Your minimum gross monthly salary is 3000 with the possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
