How Youll Make an Impact
In our customer projects (with a focus on Industry clients) you are responsible for the development of complex IT architectures of innovative (I)IoT software solutions mostly with .NET and Azure and for the strategic technology consulting of our customers.
You take over the technical management of teams from kick-off to rollout and are in close contact with the project management.
Through your leadership skills you win over inspire and mobilize your team and customers alike.
By coaching your team members in Software Engineering and Architecture and in the application of agile principles you will make a decisive contribution to the success of a wide range of projects.
With your skills and experience you will further develop our Zhlke network of experts and work on group-wide initiatives for the continuous improvement of software development.
Whats Important to Us
After your bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent qualification that gives you a solid foundation in software engineering you have already worked for several years in software development and architecture.
You know the .NET ecosystem in the enterprise environment as well as the current technologies for the development of web applications. You can set up and implement appropriate architectures on your own as well as in a team.
You have excellent communication skills a high level of drive and a positive way of thinking.
A second pillar in Data/AI Fullstack-Frontend with React or Angular is desirable.
Very good German and English proficiency round off your profile.
You understand the value of personal relationships and enjoy being with your clients and colleagues. A hybrid working model with 2-3 days on site at the clients or Zhlkes offices is natural for you.

For this position we are offering an attractive compensation package above the IT collectively agreed minimum basic salary (IT-KV with classification ST2/rule). The gross salary/month starts at EUR 5.490- and will be adjusted according to your qualification and experience.
