In this role you will be the partner for our most valuable Health Care Professionals (HCPs) ensuring they receive best service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team you are helping HCPs to achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec. If you are passionate about sales thrive in building long-term partnerships and are excited to work in fast-paced environment this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
Sell Convatec s ostomy care products and services to HCPs (ET-nurses)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with HCPs and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services
Developing and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts (hospitals)
Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCPs proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting customers face-to-face and organizing local and national events together with Marketing
Meet country and territory sales targets
Contributing to regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance HCP partnerships
Contributing to country tender process
Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand Convatec s market share in the market
Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Collaborating with internal teams such as sales marketing and Ostomy Specialist/Inside Sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer expectations
Staying updated with Ostomy Care market trends and market developments anticipating changes in customers needs and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements
About you:
Bachelors degree in business administration Sales or Nursing
min 3 years of Medical Sales Experience preferably within Ostomy Care specialty
Willingness to travel up to 80% of your work schedule
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
Oral/Written Communications
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Teamwork/Collaboration
Language Skills:
Norwegian native
English writing/reading fluent
