Our client is a leading multinational company.

Job Description:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing information about products services pricing and promotions.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints concerns and issues effectively.
  • Acting as a translator on business trips for Chinese/Taiwanese customers with the ability to travel abroad.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders tracking shipments and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Accurately entering and updating customer information in the database.
  • Identifying and analyzing customer needs to offer suitable solutions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Staying updated on product changes and updates.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Gathering customer feedback and relaying insights to improve products and services.
  • Arranging travel including booking flights applying for visas hotel bookings and other related processes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge to ensure consistent and exceptional customer support.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a Customer Service and Sales Support role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to speak Chinese (HSK5) and fluency in English.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel abroad for business trips.
