These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers acquisitions and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions developing tax structures and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Tax Services team you prepare review and analyze XBRL Tagging and Documents delivering top-quality results. As an Associate you develop an in-depth understanding of tagging tools and taxonomies document observations and suggest improvements. You also contribute ideas and perspectives to engagement teams demonstrating professionalism and competence in communication.
