Department: Electrical Engineering / Ship Design / Maritime
As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex projects in electrical engineering and ship design ensuring on-time delivery technical excellence and client satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams manage budgets and schedules and drive process optimization to improve efficiency and overall project performance.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle: strategic planning execution monitoring and closure.
Manage and optimize budgets resources schedules and risk levels.
Strengthen communication and collaboration between technical teams clients suppliers and external partners.
Anticipate technical operational and financial risks; propose and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with internal standards legal regulations and quality requirements.
Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
Initiate and support innovations and process improvements to increase efficiency quality and profitability.
Develop and mentor team members: allocate resources effectively provide professional training performance evaluations and constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations coordinate training and audits as needed.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Automation Naval Architecture or related fields.
Minimum 810 years of experience in complex technical projects with at least 45 years in project management (preferably in electrical engineering shipbuilding or maritime).
Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP Prince2) are a strong advantage.
Advanced skills in project planning tools (MS Project Primavera Jira etc.).
Strong knowledge of technical design/documentation tools (AutoCAD Eplan advanced level).
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); advanced English required other languages are a plus.
Flexibility resilience and willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international).
