Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS (for standalone company)
- Oversee and review general ledger entries ensuring accuracy and proper classification
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations (e.g. intercompany balances accruals prepayments other receivables and other payables)
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance analysis trend analysis and profitability analysis providing insights to management
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by senior management or business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is highly preferred
- Professional accounting qualification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in finance or accounting roles with experience in audit field is a plus
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Experience with Netsuite accounting systems is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP financial modeling)
