Work Environment: This is a full-time on-site position based in Beijing China offering the opportunity to work closely with the local team and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations including accounting budgeting reporting and internal controls to optimise P&L balance sheet and cash flow
• Drive strategic financial analysis and performance reviews in collaboration with the Managing Director to support sound business decisions
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of group and statutory reports resolving discrepancies and supporting compliance
• Manage forecasting budgeting and variance analysis to support financial planning and performance tracking
• Implement and improve financial policies controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead and develop the local accounting team fostering continuous improvement in financial processes
• Lead financial and operational project implementations across business units
• Coordinate with headquarters auditors and external stakeholders to support corporate and regulatory requirements

Critical Competencies for Success:

• Degree holder with 5-10 years of working experience with a multi-national company
• Good communication and written English language
• Track record of leading a Finance team
