Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead and innovate Our client is seeking a talented HR Manager to join their team in Prachin Buri Thailand and take ownership of key HR functions in a dynamic global manufacturing environment.

What will you do
Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition Employee Relations L&D and HR project implementation
Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business goals
Lead recruitment talent development systems and conduct regular talent reviews
Create and manage employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
Identify training needs and oversee delivery of training programs
Enhance employee engagement manage performance cycles and resolve employee relations issues
Standardize HR procedures and optimize employee experience
Lead strategic HR initiatives change management and continuous process improvements
Forecast workloads and develop strategic staffing plans
Candidate profile
Bachelors degree or higher in HR Management Business Administration or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in comprehensive HR management roles
Strong proficiency across HR modules including recruitment performance and compliance
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with influence at senior levels
Highly organized results-oriented and discreet with confidential matters
Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced evolving environment
