Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact
The Paralegal-Thailand will perform a variety of law related tasks under the direction of the organizations this role you will conduct moderately complex legal research draft legal documents and perform other related duties.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct research using traditional and nontraditional data sources with some autonomy to create solutions and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain files databases and systems to collect store and retrieve data on litigation union contracts patent management etc.
- Prepare legal forms and templates and legal pleadings (arbitration litigation etc.)
- Coordinate and monitor progress for higher risk cases.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
