Technical Designer Manager
Our client is leading consumer design development and logistics company for major retailers and brands around the world. They are currently looking for an outstanding Technical Designer Manager to join the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical designers providing direction feedback and support.
- Develop and enforce design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development engineering and manufacturing to align design objectives with project goals.
- Review and approve technical design specifications prototypes and final products.
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design Engineering or a related field.
- Min 8 years of experience in technical design with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in English Cantonese and Mandarin
