In role of TSE Operations Trainee you will support daily operation of Test Systems Engineering section in Prague be involved in long-term and short-term planning responsible for metrics dashboards functional processes tracking. In role of TSE Operations Trainee you will support daily operation of Test Systems Engineering section in Prague be involved in long-term and short-term planning responsible for metrics dashboards functional processes tracking. You will support section and sub-section daily operations.
Responsibilities and competencies
Process tracking metrics tracking. Responsible for headcount finance workload and various other data collections that are used for ultimate decision making.
Support section needs around Spotfire Clarity MyTime MR issue and tracking (Oracle) property management.
Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to identify policy and process gaps supports improvement policy/strategy preparation and execution.
Ensure proper team KPI monitoring and action plans tracking.
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with policies and procedures.
Implement plans with guidance to meet project goals;
Requirements
Active student status preferably competed bachelors degree
Fluent in English and Czech language
Ability to interface effectively with others
Interest to develop and execute plans
EU work permit
Strong communication and presentation skills knowledge of MS Excel
Engineering and problem-solving skills are advantageous
