Were looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Appian is in growth mode and needs a sharp driven Recruiter to help scale our business by hiring top talent for our Marketing Corporate Product and Sales teams. This role is based at our headquarters in McLean Virginia. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. Employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster that culture and ensure we continue to thrive through shared ideas and teamwork. At Appian you will:
Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
Create and execute tailored sourcing strategies across multiple platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across departments
Contribute to strengthening Appians employer brand through a great candidate experience and community engagement
Help improve and evolve interview best practices
Understand Appians business strategy and competitive positioning to align hiring efforts
Basic qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
3 years proven success as a Recruiter; Go-To-Market recruiting experience strongly preferred
Trusted talent advisor with the ability to influence and execute alongside senior leaders
Skilled at prioritizing competing needs across multiple departments
Self-aware and thoughtful in interactions with candidates and colleagues
Able to use market knowledge and data to guide hiring strategies
Operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced environment
