To respond to technology requests for assistance in a timely and Responsibilities: Assist the Computer Technician responsible for each site in the following areas: Inventory Management and Ticket DatabaseMaintains physical inventory in assigned schools as well as the asset database with the assigned school inventory information. This would include but not limited to new inventory added each year; changes in status of current inventory; notes and documentation regarding existing inventory and repair history if applicable. Responds to all assigned Help Desk tickets in a timely manner. Forwards tickets to appropriate person if necessary. Computer Hardware and SoftwareMaintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and related computer peripherals. Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software imaging of new preventative maintenance on school technology equipment. Provides technical support for hardware and use of such Directory First Class GAFEChange passwords in Active Directory and Google if necessary. Develop a working knowledge of mobile device management systems and other deployment tools such as Google Administrator Console. Enroll computers and assign users to organizational units if necessary. Bind computers to the network PC or up printers Develop a working knowledge of Mobile device cart maintenance and set up.
