Kroll is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator Chief of Staff to support the President and Chief Operating Officer of Kroll Business Services. This strategic role goes beyond traditional coordination serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership in driving operational excellence managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across business priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise executive support experience and strategic thinking. This is a high-impact role suited for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and is passionate about enabling leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Coordination:
- Lead and manage high-priority projects / initiatives on behalf of the President and COO.
- Track progress identify risks and ensure timely execution of deliverables across departments.
- Prepare executive-level presentations reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Executive Office Operations:
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the executive office.
- Manage complex calendars coordinate meetings across global time zones and oversee logistics for leadership engagements.
- Draft and review communications ensuring clarity consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate collaboration between business units ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Support the execution of leadership meetings including agenda setting documentation and follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and broader organization to drive transparency and accountability.
Operational Excellence:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the executive office.
- Support the development of internal tools templates and workflows to streamline operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 6 years of experience in project coordination executive support or chief of staff-type roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Experience working with senior leadership in a global corporate setting is highly desirable
