What are your responsibilities
As a Cook you will work within our kitchen team to maintain high service levels. The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel has several F&B our restaurant Midtown Grill we serve breakfast lunch for groups during the afternoon and the finest a la carte steaks in town during the our Sorels Midtown Bar & Lounge we offer an international lunch and dinner. Additionally the hotel has 12 event rooms for which the kitchen prepares all necessary meals. We also provide 24-hour in-room dining.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook for our kitchen department. You enjoy working in the kitchen and are passionate about delivering excellent dishes to ensure guests experience a memorable stay. Our Restaurant Midtown Grill is the number one steakhouse in Amsterdam and you are determined to help us improve even further.
