Job Summary
Golden House Amsterdam is looking for a self-employed chef. This independent position involves preparing roast meats. The chef will be primarily responsible for the production of Peking duck Babibangang spare ribs and barbecued pork. Babibangang and roast pork have a long history in Chinese restaurants in the Netherlands almost 100 years old and are also very popular with local customers. However the production process is also very complex.
Who are we looking for
Contribute to and coordinate the cooking processes
Contribute to the development of the restaurants menu
Monitor the quality of the dishes
Manage inventory and orders
Manage assistants

Tasks
The chef will be primarily responsible for the production of Peking duck Babibangang spare ribs and barbecued pork.
Requirements
Minimum MBO level 3 qualification
Knowledge of HACCP regulations.
