Golden House Amsterdam is looking for a self-employed chef. This independent position involves preparing roast meats. The chef will be primarily responsible for the production of Peking duck Babibangang spare ribs and barbecued pork. Babibangang and roast pork have a long history in Chinese restaurants in the Netherlands almost 100 years old and are also very popular with local customers. However the production process is also very complex.

Monitor the quality of the dishes
