This role provides administrative and technical support for order management in relation with Oracle and e-Commerce spare parts transactions. Is meant to serve as a liaison between customers management and rest of the organization in order to improve customer service and business productivity.
Your tasks:
- Support e-Commerce operations and platform product catalog management
- Responsible for e-Commerce customer database enrollments sites registration items and contracts management
- Conduct ERP system testing for project launches and ongoing builds
- Works closely with teams such as IT and Customer Support Teams
- Review all inquiries and communicate any changes/updates to our customers and partners
- Share best practices and train customers on the e-Commence platform usability
- Assists daily operations with orders validation orders entry and booking in accordance with the Customer Support Team requirements
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests received via phone call or email
- Support all related projects linked to the e-Commerce platform
Your profile:
- Proven track record of at least 1 year hands-on working experience from a similar environment
- Advanced command of English and preferably 1 additional language (German or others)
- Strong Customer and Service mindset
- Knowledge of export & import regulations terms and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook Excel
- Self-motivated and ability to handle multiple priorities
- College or university degree in Economics Logistics or International Trade
- Ability to perform in a team environment team player
- Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision
- Pro-active behaviour
- Excellent communication skills also in technical context and sometime complex situations
