Overview
Our client is a well-known property management company and they are seeking an Assistant Manager (IT Project Management) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager with extensive experience in vendor management business partnership and property management system implementation. They should also have a strong background in workflow automation IoT smart technology and be a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of property management systems and associated IT solutions
- Manage projects related to workflow automation and IoT/smart technology integration
- Act as a business partner to various departments understanding their IT needs and providing innovative solutions
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT solutions
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the IT department
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 6-8 years of work experience in project management and vendor management preferably working at property SI and telecommunication industries
- Strong understanding of property management systems (PMS) and its workflow
- Knowledge of workflow automation IoT and smart technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to diversity equality and inclusion in the workplace
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
