Job Description

Were looking for a strategic and collaborative Marketing Manager Web to define the content strategy channel goals and narrative direction of our web presence across surfaces like the corporate site safety center careers site and brands site.

As the Marketing Manager Web you will be the strategic owner of Robloxs marketing-managed web properties working in lockstep with Engineering Design and Localization to deliver globally scalable high-impact experiences. Youll shape how our platform shows up on the web align messaging with broader marketing priorities and help teams bring integrated campaigns to life. Youll lead content planning drive SEO/GEO best practices and ensure our web surfaces serve both marketing and performance goals.

You Will:

  • Set the strategic direction and success metrics for Robloxs marketing-managed web properties.
  • Lead content strategy storytelling and messaging across corporate safety careers and brand surfaces.
  • Align cross-functional teams to bring integrated web experiences to life across Marketing Product and Legal.
  • Drive SEO/GEO-informed content planning and ensure global accessibility in partnership with Design Engineering and Localization.
  • Monitor channel performance and continuously optimize content to support marketing and business goals.

You Have:

  • 6 years of experience in content strategy integrated marketing or digital channel ownership preferably within a B2C or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to lead web strategy and content planning across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong editorial instincts and experience writing or editing web copy.
  • Familiarity with SEO and performance content marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing design product and legal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at varying stages of development.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to connect web experience to brand and business goals.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and cross-functional web pods a plus.
