What Youll Do:
- Coach build train and lead a team of Store Managers
- Drive sales and own your regions sales goals and operations standards
- Review performance and analyze trends
- Celebrate wins and build a fun driven culture
- Oversee hiring training and compliance
- Stay on top of communications and act on hot items fast
- Make sure every store is staffed
- Stay on top of scheduling and daily needs
- Travel between markets and keep things moving
What You Bring:
- 1 year of multi-unit management experience (retail wireless preferred)
- Solid customer service or sales background
- Willingness to relocate if needed
- High performance in key sales ops metrics
- Hands-on leadership with a drive for results
- Tech-savvy problem-solver and people motivator
- Able to work flexible hours (nights weekends holidays)
- You thrive in fast-paced people-first environments
