TITLE:
Operational Project Coordinators (Global Revenue & Strategy Division)
DUTIES:
Solid understanding of current & future revenue project goals & scope; Analyze data & metrics related to global finance global operations global marketing R&D and management by utilizing multiple business software tools & applications; Make data driven recommendations ensure corporate goals are being supported & strategic outcomes are being met;
Apply revenue and sales movement analysis business planning and operational analysis; Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify new opportunities for revenue growth improved operational efficiency and product innovation/renovation; Assist with project planning and project decision making that will position Melaleuca at a competitive advantage in key areas.
Work closely with cross functional teams spanning across multiple corporate divisions to meet agenda deadlines and outcomes; Coordinate and navigate business functions and processes across geographic corporate locations ensuring project objectives are met; Contribute towards enhanced operational efficiency by 1) identifying business requirements 2) ascertaining critical impediments throughout the project scope 3) and successfully resolving them through a concerted cross functional team effort involved with redesigning processes that yield greater cost efficiency improved team alignment on business initiatives broader customer satisfaction and enhanced revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal regulatory and accounting experts to assess and interpret local laws and regulations of nations impacted by Melaleucas global footprint; Understand global market regulations financial and operational compliance as well as product quality safety and licensing requirements by nation; Communicate and work with internal and external teams and advisors within the legal and regulatory statutes by nation to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsible for coordinating the end-to-end implementation of product innovation and renovation projects across multiple corporate divisions; Create a project plan and timeline and routinely meet with cross functional team members to ensure the timely completion of assigned deliverables; Monitor and assess the quality of deliverables and modify project plan timeline accordingly while communicating updates with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand the project budget estimate and timeline; Work with management and multiple service team lines to oversee appropriate cost and resource allocation as well as monitor and update budget due to changes in project scope.
Work with team members to generate project risk assessments for informed decision making and escalate risk concerns to key stakeholders as needed; Facilitate project update meetings regularly ensure project milestones are being met and provide project status assessments for management review.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants need to have a Bachelors degree (or foreign equiv.) in International Business Management or closely related field and 2 years experience in data analysis and continuous improvement cross-functional collaboration regulatory compliance process improvement and implementation logistics costs analysis and resource allocation risk assessments and reporting with a multinational corporation with operations in Europe Americas Asia and Australia utilizing the following tools: Excel Visio PowerPoint SharePoint Smartsheet Master Control & JD Edwards (or equivalent ERP). Coursework in international finance global economics and international monetary theory required.
