Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all office operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.
  • Maintaining and organizing store records including invoices inventory data and sales reports.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring store expenses.
  • Handling accounts payable/receivable payroll processing and banking transactions.
  • Tracking daily cash flow and performing reconciliations.
  • Preparing and managing employee work schedules in coordination with store managers.
  • Overseeing onboarding processes for new employees and maintaining updated personnel records.
  • Supporting HR-related functions such as tracking attendance and managing leave requests.
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with inventory management including stock ordering and tracking.
  • Coordinating with vendors suppliers and delivery teams for timely operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail or food store environment with experience in office or operations management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
  • Financial management skills including budgeting and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
