Responsibilities:
Track-trace and input data into daily operations systems;
Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for Air Operations team;
Follow up claim case with airlines;
Generate report and follow up with Air Operations team;
Issue invoices to corresponding parties;
Arrange export declaration and custom clearance if necessary;
Handle filing of business cases;
Maintain data accuracy in company system including data of customers partners and service providers.
Requirements:
DSE or above;
Prefer to have 2-3 years experience in freight forwarder industry;
Proficiency in MS Office application;
Excellent in organization communication and negotiation;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Willing to learn self-motivated able to work under pressure & detail-minded;
Immediate available is preferred.
