We are looking for active colleagues for long-term cooperation (part time contract). It is a NON- SALE POSITION.

Have you graduated
On maternity leave or already retired and still want to be active at work
Do you know how to work with a PC (Excel Word Outlook Teams)
Are you able to call a doctor pharmacist or other medical personnel (we will provide you with the contacts)
Dont want to sell anything over the phone
Do you want to be part of a friendly team

What will be your responsibilties
Daily phone calls with doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects
Record call results to PC
Recommended skills
Dont be afraid to call
Previous experience in customer service call centre (ideally)
Excellent verbal communication skills in the Czech or Slovak language
Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
Willingness to work in the office after learning partly from home
