Working behind the scenes in our manufacturing plant Technical On-the-Job Trainees are vital to the success of our business at P&G. We make pack and deliver high quality products to our customers at the right time right place and right quantity. As a Technical On-the-Job Trainee you will learn how to keep production lines flowing meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. You will undergo a technical training program where you will focus on skills qualification and line operations and maintenance mastery.

Meaningful work from Day 1
We do various types of work including running high-speed converting and packing equipment controlling the process from a computer terminal and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. From the beginning you will experience getting involved impacting situations and influencing business-related problems.

Job Qualifications

We believe you are going to be an excellent fit here if:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree on Industrial Technology (Mechanical Technology Electrical Technology Mechatronics Technology Electronics Technology Utilities Technology Machine Shop Technology) or equivalent technical/vocational courses

• You are willing to work on a shifting schedule (if allowed by the school)

• You display strong technical interpersonal and analytical skills

• You have good oral and written communication skill and good computer literacy
