Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and accessible digital experiences particularly for payroll officers and employees with limited exposure to lending tools. You will be responsible for creating user flows wireframes and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex financial tasks reduce friction and enhance engagement across our platforms. Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Journey Mapping:
Conduct user interviews surveys and usability testing with payroll officers and employees to identify pain points.
Create user personas and journey maps that reflect diverse user needs and levels of tech literacy.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Develop low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Iterate designs based on feedback from users stakeholders and usability testing sessions.
UI Design:
Design clean consistent and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain design systems and UI kits that ensure visual coherence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers developers and content writers to bring designs to life.
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide design support during development and QA.
Optimization & Accessibility:
Simplify complex lending workflows for users unfamiliar with financial technology.
Ensure designs are WCAG-compliant and usable across a range of devices and screen sizes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer ideally in fintech HR tech or enterprise SaaS.
Proficient with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user journey mapping wireframes and high-fidelity UI design.
Knowledge of design systems and UX best practices.
Ability to translate user behavior and feedback into thoughtful scalable design solutions.
