As Senior UX/UI Designer youll champion user-centric design across dashboards and analytics tools ensuring every interaction delights and empowers. Job Goals

• Lead design excellence for our digital products pioneering intuitive and impactful user experiences for dashboards and analytics tools that set new industry standards.

• Shape and evolve our design systemensuring harmony scalability and innovation across all platforms while making your mark on our visual identity.

• Transform user insights into actionable solutions by championing user research running usability testing and driving continuous design improvements that delight users.

• Collaborate closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to bring remarkable ideas to life ensuring every launch exceeds expectations.

• Create engaging prototypes wireframes and visual designs that balance stunning aesthetics with seamless functionalitydelivering real-world impact.

• Mentor fellow designers by sharing your expertise inspiring innovation and fostering a culture of growth and curiosity within the team.

• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging design trends and integrating fresh thinking into everything you do.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

• Expertise in UI/UX design for digital products especially dashboards or analytics toolsshow us how youve turned complex data into elegant intuitive experiences.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (or an equivalent design platform) with a passion for building and evolving scalable design systems that drive consistency and innovation across products.

• Strong grasp of user research and usability testing with the ability to transform real user insights into actionable high-impact design solutions.

• Collaborative mindsetcomfortable working alongside developers product managers and other stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life from wireframe to launch.

• A keen eye for visual design fundamentalstypography color layoutand a drive to balance stunning aesthetics with seamless functionality to set new standards in user delight.
