About the Role

Our Corporate Affairs team is looking for a Corporate Affairs Manager (LoS Business Partner) to join our vast community of solvers. The Corporate Affairs team brings our purpose to life by playing a leading role in the internal and external communications strategy of our firm. We play a key role in protecting and enhancing the reputation of our three distinct Lines of Service (LoS) - Advisory Assurance and Tax & Legal blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams.

Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Internal and External communications
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management
  • Corporate affairs communications change news PR or marketing

In our Corporate Affairs team your impact will be seen by:

  • Engaging and advising business leaders across our Lines of Service on internal and external communications strategies
  • Working across One Firm opportunities create content support the social media strategy and more
  • Driving the creation and execution of internal and external communications strategies and plans
  • Developing executive communications including regular leadership notes digital and social media webcasts partner sessions videos town halls and more
  • Managing key Lines of Service comms channels including Viva Engage and SharePoint intranet sites
  • Briefing and preparing business leaders and key stakeholders from our leadership team
  • Supporting leading and reporting on integrated (internal and external) programs of work campaigns and events
  • Building extensive networks and collaborate with key stakeholders across Lines of Service including COOs Clients & Markets People and Culture and our broader leadership team
  • Measuring and analysing impact of comms to ensure initiatives are fit-for-purpose and serve our people and complex stakeholder groups
  • Keeping across social political and regulatory developments relevant to our people clients and firm
  • Being a champion for the Corporate Affairs team and work collaboratively to drive cross-function initiatives
