- Answer dealership phones greet and receive payment from customers.
- Assist customers and vendors organize shuttle services prior customer service and CDK operating systemexperience a plus!
- Work cooperatively with our Employees and Management Teams.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Schedule service appointments client correspondence report filing ect.
- Assist in client follow-up calls
- Other duties as assigned
