Oracles cloud capacity program team plays a pivotal role in managing large-scale cross-org programs and projects that span the server data center and network verticals in addition to engineering product and business teams. You will partner with subject matter experts from across the company to create manage and report on the health of the business priorities that are visible to Oracles highest levels of leadership. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators innately curious and can influence outside of direct reporting lines. ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Sourcing and Planning org and partner teams in capacity acquisition and data center scaling. You will manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the most critical business initiatives and customers are fully supported. You will need to gather requirements in partnership with our internal customers develop execution plans and drive implementation of both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Responsible for managing programs supporting delivery of capacity from the data center through partnership with both remote and local peer organizations to support ongoing business growth
- Track issues develop mitigation plans and reporting out to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate globally to develop and implement process improvements in operations
- Create and drive a culture of safety ownership innovation collaboration and accountability
- Be forward thinking by understanding data center growth identifying scaling issues before they occur and contributing to solutions
- Drive process improvements in contracting new capacity to streamline collaboration between partner organizations remove redundancy and improve speed to execution
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or BA in a technical field or commensurate experience
- Experience operating in large technical environments
- Proven time resource and project management experience
- Substantial experience of managing cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Substantial experience in managing technical teams and leading engineers and technicians
- Communication skills and experience with executive reporting

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
