Responsibilities:
- Discussing job descriptions with line managers and managing agencies to find suitable candidates while sourcing candidates directly.
- Solving problems in recruitment and optimizing the recruitment process including posting job ads screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Managing agencies: Analyzing the service quality of agencies regularly organizing meetings between agencies and the HR team and pushing agencies to continuously improve their recruitment and onboarding management.
- Handling reports and analysis related to HR.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Supporting HR department activities.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: At least a bachelors degree
- The ability to communicate in English is a must; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
- At least 3 - 5 years of solid experience in recruitment.
- Computer literacy with a good skill level in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic and energetic with the ability to work well under pressure.
