Our client is a European logistics service provider.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruiting management-level vacancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling HRD Training Learning Plan Competency Level on Position assignment and Career Development on target requirements.
  • Handling Alien & MOU Employment and related proceedings: visa & Work permit.
  • Being the internal auditor for HR-related the innovator of the department.
  • Handling University MOU Project.
  • Handling disciplinary action and Letter preparation also record.
  • Handling Poor Performance program and follow up and proceeding with report & feedback.
  • Ensuring smooth and clear communication within the company and with external parties.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Issueing review validate PO.
  • Conducting and coordinating the monthly site visits to ensure close interaction with all staff.
  • Being the leader of the white factory project.
  • Handling the management probation follow-up and coordination with HOD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in HRM HRD Law or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the HR field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office; and Word/ Excel/ Access programs.
  • Good tolerance to balance with high responsibility result-oriented also flexibility and disciplined when necessary.
  • Perform to work independently and well under pressure and within limited time frames with good coordinating & interpersonal skills as well as team facilitation.
  • Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with people across all levels of the organization.
  • Good command both of Thai and English communication skills in written verbal and presentation.
