Job Description
- Lead Innovation Strategy: Developing and executing a roadmap for food product innovation ensuring alignment with company objectives and consumer trends.
- R&D Leadership: Overseeing product development from concept through commercialization driving innovation in ingredients formulations and food technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with marketing supply chain and operations to ensure seamless integration and successful launch of new products.
- Trend & Market Analysis: Monitoring food industry trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new products and solutions.
- Sustainability Focus: Integrating sustainable and health-conscious practices into product development ensuring alignment with eco-friendly and nutritional standards.
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of food scientists chefs and developers fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Consumer-Centric Design: Ensuring new products meet consumer expectations in terms of taste convenience quality and nutritional value.
Qualifications
- 10 years in food product development and innovation with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in food science market trends and sustainability.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and bring products to market successfully.
- Strong leadership communication and strategic thinking skills.
