Full time / Part time or Job share - 36.75 hours per week

Whats the job

In a role thats as much about inspiration as it is about sales being a Showroom Manager means understanding that great showrooms come from great teams. Youll lead by example to build an inclusive culture for your colleagues & your customers. Youll coach and train your team enabling them to recommend the right finance products and installation options to fulfil customer projects. By managing people well every day & role modelling great customer service youll support their personal growth & development. Relationships are key in this role as youll also oversee the recruitment & induction of our installers to ensure the best level of service for our customers.

What we need:

A natural leader who can motivate and support a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing sales environment. Youve got a sharp commercial mind as well as plenty of customer service experience and you know how to promote products services & installation options. Youll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working & championing this with your team. Youre also flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends evenings and bank holidays.
