Job Summary

Retail Manager Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our clients team and ensure the store delivers the very best in customer service fresh food and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the site
Deliver on sales margin waste and KPI targets
Lead and develop the team through training coaching and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with HACCP health & safety and all store standards
Manage stock merchandising rostering and cash control
Drive a culture of customer service excellence

Requirements:

3 years experience in a retail management role
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong commercial awareness and KPI focus
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
