Position Overview: The Channel Marketing Specialist will focus on implementing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Branding Maintain PRO website content (press releases product updates event coverage). Work closely with social media agencies and ad suppliers to create/deliver digital content (WeChat Facebook etc.) aligned with brand messaging and local strategy. Execute brand campaigns to enhance awareness ensuring alignment with headquarters strategy.

2. Assist in Promotional or Marketing Events Assist to plan coordinate and execute marketing events (dealer conferences trade exhibitions etc.) from overseeing logistics attendee management communications to travel arrangements to ensure smooth event operations. Support sales initiatives through case studies dealer seminars and consultant training sessions. Develop localized promotional materials (brochures flyers) for events and sales teams. Procure branded giveaways aligned with brand guidelines; maintain inventory records.
3. Partner Collaboration & Brand Alignment Engage resellers/distributors to track marketing plan execution timelines. Support in local rebranding initiatives: Roll out updated brand identity (marketing materials digital content sales tools). Train dealers/partners on correct branding usage (visuals/messaging consistency). Localize global brand guidelines while preserving integrity.
4. Ad-hoc Support Assist in ad-hoc marketing activities as needed. Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in channel marketing with a track record of working with distributors resellers or dealers.
Prior experience in the Professional Audio-Visual (Pro AV) or a related industry is highly preferred.
Understanding of B2B marketing tactics event execution and local channel models in the Chinese market.
Good project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools; experience with design or content creation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and comfortable using English too with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Hands-on and proactive with a collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong brand presence through channel partners.
Travel may be required as needed
This role may involve event setup requiring physical mobility (e.g. handling promotional materials or equipment)
