Leads and oversees all outbound operations within an Amazon Fulfillment Center ensuring efficient shipping processes and delivery of customer orders.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end outbound operations including picking packing and shipping processes
- Lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100 employees)
- Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
- Optimize resource allocation and labor planning
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Employee and performance management experience
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Advanced English Skills
- Data-driven decision making skills
