In this role youll:
- Join a small finance team within Transports Asset Management division working across interesting and diverse portfolios within Rail Assets
- Drive the development of pricing investment and revenue strategies that ensure long-term financial sustainability and safe efficient asset performance.
- Analyse and forecast future revenue streams identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies in a changing economic and regulatory environment.
- Generate financial reporting transactions and support lifecycle costing investment prioritisation and asset value optimisation.
- Provide clear data-driven advice and insights to influence stakeholder decision-making and align investment planning with strategic priorities.
- Prepare accurate financial inputs and reporting to support robust budgeting Treasury submissions and strategic decision-making.

About you
- You have expertise in finance minimum 5 years with demonstrated experience in financial reporting procurement contract management transactions investment planning and pricing strategy in asset-intensive industries.
- Ideally you have an exposure to large complex portfolios within infrastructure or government
- You bring a strong understanding of risk management revenue forecasting and regulatory frameworks.
- You are experienced in delivering shared services that drive efficiency service quality and continuous improvement while engaging stakeholders effectively.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in finance accounting or business. CPA or working towards preferred.
- Your experienced working with SAP and Power BI
- You are adaptable and resilient able to manage shifting priorities while maintaining focus on long-term value and strategic outcomes.
- You enjoy working in a team environment and are keen to learn and grow your skills
