David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Online Casino Gaming Company who is seeking to onboard a Senior Legal Counsel for their Malta office.
Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide legal advice across various practice areas including corporate commercial intellectual property data protection employment and dispute resolution.
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Develop and maintain legal templates internal policies and contract management processes.
- Deliver timely practical guidance to support compliant and efficient business decision-making.
- Review implement and enforce terms and conditions while handling disputes complaints and litigation matters.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external counsel on complex and cross-border legal issues.
- Lead due diligence processes to ensure compliance in multi-jurisdictional markets.
- Support corporate governance by preparing resolutions legal documentation and internal records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in English with strong command in both writing and speaking.
- Additional proficiency in Finnish would be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar legal role.
- Degree in Law with professional legal qualification.
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented quality-driven approach.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to share expertise and contribute to team development.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across the business.
