The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing testing and deploying tools that transform business data into valuable insights to support decision-making and suggest actionable conclusions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and challenges.
Develop and maintain comprehensive BI reports dashboards and visualizations.
Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform App-based tools.
Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and quality assurance processes.
Work with the wider team to gather technical requirements for data-related projects.

About you
The ideal candidate will possess capabilities below.
- Over 3 years in business intelligence
- Experienced with Power BI Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint SSRS SQL etc.
- Great attention to detail with data
- Self-motivated with effective time and priority management
- Excellent communication skills with IT and non-IT stakeholders
- Interested in being involved in Operation functions to build great business acumen
- Ability to translate business requests into data solutions
