As we advance in developing our transparent security solution we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative. This hybrid role combines outbound sales and lead generation efforts with CRM system administration and optimization. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy results-driven and excited to build and manage sales pipelines while ensuring our CRM tools are running at peak efficiency.

Sales & Business Development (70%):
Prospect identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold outreach email campaigns LinkedIn and inbound lead follow-up
Manage early-stage sales conversations and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Track and report on KPIs such as outreach activity lead conversion rates and pipeline status
Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging and campaign execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all prospects in HubSpot
HubSpot Administration (30%):
Manage and optimize the companys HubSpot CRM ensuring data cleanliness and pipeline accuracy
Maintain dashboards reports workflows sequences and lists
Provide training and support to sales and marketing users on HubSpot best practices
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot user issues as needed
Eager & swift learner
Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
Clear persuasive communicator (written & verbal)
You own what you start and finish it
2 years in sales/business development (ideally B2B SaaS cybersecurity or tech services)
Hands-on with sales engagement & email automation; familiar with lead scoring and segmentation strategies
Data-driven: comfortable in a fast-paced KPI-led environment; understands funnel metrics & pipeline forecasting
Prior CRM experience (we use Hubspot); integrations with other tools is a plus (e.g. ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
